home-made rhubarb compote, so easy!

what you need;

750 g rhubarb, 225 g sugar, 1 grated orange peel.

and in the oven for 50 minutes on 190 degrees, gas mark 5.

over the years i've been collecting shells

when i was on a sunny beach in france.

and after all those years, today was the first time i did something with them.

and look how pretty!

can't wait to go to the beach again.. wherever..

a spring feeling today, with my new cabinet,

the magnolia tree in full bloom & my family over for brunch.
